Meet Misa

Misa Mochizuki was born in Hyogo, Japan, and began dancing at age 5 at Yuki Ballet Studio. In America, she trained at Joffrey Ballet School and Ballet Arts. She performed in several leading competitions receiving prizes in various categories. In 2013 she joined Albano Ballet Company and performed Spanish, Snow Queen and many contemporary and modern pieces as Soloist. In 2016 she joined Albany Berkshire Ballet Company and has performed Sugar Plum Fairy and Dew Drop as Principal. Currently, she receives coaching in classical ballet technique from Luis Villanueva.
