Sonia Di Florio
Dancer
Sonia Di Florio born and raised in Brescia, Italy has been dancing since the age of 4. Moving to perfuse her dance dreams in the US, she graduated from the prestigious Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater School and had the opportunity to perform works by Earl Mosley, Patrick Coker and Levi Marsman. Sonia trained and performed in different dance styles, from ballet to hip hop. She joined the AEDJ (Academie Europeenne de Danse Jazz) Jazz company based out of Nice, France and performed “Sindrome da Musical” with the Italian performer Manuel Frattini. She worked as Choreographer, dancer and fitness instructor in a camping village in Italy. Sonia choreographed and performed for Italian singer Brunella Mazzola in NYC, and also danced for Earl Mosley’s Diversity of Dance “Hearts of Men”. Sonia is currently now a Certified Barre3 instructor and mentor, and has been dancing as a Benjamin Briones Ballet company member since 2019.
